Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return Request
Log into your customer portal and select the 'Order History' tab to submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request for the specific hardware items.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and peripheral components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our testing facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
